Type: Special library with limited access for general public
The library's aim to provide the research staff of the research center with materials although it is also accessible for external researchers, lecturers, students.
Its collection contains books and periodicals from the following fields: theoretical economics, macroeconomics, public economics and public policies, matheatical economics, labour economics, economics of education, agricultural economics and rural development, industrial organizations, and globalization, EU integration and convergence.
The collection consists of nearly 45000 book volumes, half of which is monography and some 20000 volumes of periodicals.

This study focuses on a comprehensive sustainability assessment of the management of the organic fraction of municipal solid waste in Ghent (Belgium), Hamburg (Germany) and Pécs (Hungary). A sustainability assessment framework has been applied to analyse social, environmental, and economic consequences at the midpoint level (25 impact categories) and at the endpoint level (5 areas-of-protection).
